1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable or digital products (e.g., sheet music, audio files).
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.
  3. Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided.

Note: Do not send items back without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
